What has changed since my earlier smoothiedays is my emphasis on fat and protein in every meal. You know; to balance those hormones 💖 This smoothie consisted of banana, frozen raspberries and blueberries, oatmilk, coconut oil and vanilla protein powder 🥤

There’s a voice inside your head, and what you allow it to say to you - about you - is actually really significant. It affects the way you feel about yourself, how you exist in this world, how you treat others and wether or not you are going to get where you want to go. Wether or not you will allow yourself to end up where you deserve. The beautiful thing is that this voice repeats itself multiple times a day, and it is all out of habit. You can start changing the voice today, and in the future it will speak lovingly to you automatically. You deserve that 🌻
