Summer was the last season I had to learn to love.

Summer was the last season I had to learn to love. At this point I love all the seasons. I am lucky. Summer, with her bare feet, ice cold swims and hours of walking in the woods. Autumn with his crispy air, mesmerizing colors and chunky sweaters. Winter with a cup of tea in both hands and fresh snow falling from the sky. And spring - the seasons of new beginnings.

Today I’m grateful. For imperfection and diversity. And for dusty green plants of course. And for my health. Oh, yes, my health. I hope you’re healthy too.

All my life I believed my thoughts were keeping me

All my life I believed my thoughts were keeping me safe. That the self-critical thoughts were loving, beneficial even. That if I was smart enough to see my own flaws I could correct them in time, before other people saw, and in that way be the perfect edition of myself. But I realized, this year, that these thoughts are not keeping me safe - they’re keeping me hostage. They’re keeping me from being who I am. And I want to be me, fully. I believe that’s the only way we can find true deep happiness and love. To let our soul shine, without correction.

I am so grateful to watch my passion for errthing

I am so grateful to watch my passion for errthing natural slowly making its way back to me. I am grateful for the pure joy of baking bread, sprouting beans, making raw treats, brewing kombucha, breathing deep, drinking organic tea, cooking wholesome stews, watching documentaries, burning sage.. it feels like coming home. 🌿

The most beautiful state of being I ever experience is when I tell myself that it doesn’t matter what other people think - and I believe it. I dance around my house naked, burn palo santo, let my buddhabelly out, sing & let whatever is aligned come through my being.
