Raspberry nicecream bowl

Hi loves!

Some of you might know that I just got home from Bali – so far the most amazing experience I’ve ever had. Still processing the whole thing, as it feels like I just woke up from a dream. I’m struggling to put all my thoughts and emotions into words, but I can promise you I’ll share more about it when the time is right.

The past few days has been wonderful. Seeing my family and friends again, laughing with people who’ve known me my whole life, seeing the vibrant Norwegian nature with new eyes – and having homemade smoothie bowls for breakfast! Couldn’t ask for more.

Canggu is rich in smoothie bowls, but to be honest I don’t think anything can beat my homemade ones. That’s why I feel like I have to share my recipes with you! It’s so freaking easy, everyone can do it. If you’re tempted you should run out to your nearest supermarket right now and get heaps of spotted bananas, slice them into little pieces and freeze them – then you have tomorrows breakfast ready to blend!

Smoothie
3
frozen bananas
1 handful raspberries
– Blend until creamy

Topping
Rawnola (blended dates, oats and coconut flakes)
Sliced up fresh banana
Fresh raspberries
Peanut butter
Buckwheat

Takes me about 5-10 minutes to make and seriously – it’s like gelato. I’ll actually go make myself some right now!
