Healthy & tasty chocolate milkshake

I woke up today wanting everything. I was thirsty, hungry, stressed, tired – all at the same time. One gratitude list and a half hearted meditation later I knew what I was craving the most. Chocolate.

Actually – I came up with the recipe while meditating. It’s kinda funny. I was saying the mantra in my mind while coming up with this recipe and solving other world problems. Two things at the same time. I must be a genius. Or just totally missing the whole point of meditation. Anyways;

Blend:
Frozen banana (about 1,5)
Raw chocolate powder (2 tsp)
Maple syrup (1tsp)
Soy milk / almond milk

And then; ENJOY!
